February:  BUILDING A MODERN APARTMENT BUILDING-  M&M BUILDERS will be discussing the recent completion of a brand new 40 unit apartment building they constructed with all modern conveniences, 2010 codes, dealing with municipal restrictions, and turning a previous C class building into an A building.

MARCH:  Apartment Building Panel- local investors who own 10+ unit buildings will discuss how to purchase a bigger apartment building than the 1-4 unit buildings you are accustomed to.

APRIL:  Green, Energy Efficiency, and Finding the Money to make your buildings more tenant friendly from an energy point of view presented byTad Radzinski, P.E., LEED A.P.

Tad Radzinski, P.E., LEED AP co-founder and president of Sustainable Solutions Corporation, has
over 24 years of diversified experience providing sustainable industry services, green building
and sustainable community design, as well as project engineering, design and construction
management for multiple green building projects. Tad is a recognized leader in sustainable
design and development and teaches and speaks extensively on his experience with designing
sustainable buildings, communities and industrial systems.
